Remote Sales & Account Management

This roles responsibilities consist of proctoring, nurturing, and guiding in the completion of the conversion by building relationships with clients within your preferred industry. Depending on the client needs, the journey might require onsite visits during the sales process or during the lifetime of usage. Accepting that we are looking to maintain long-term relationships with our clients, this is, therefore, not a numbers game where you must ABC. Instead, you should simultaneously be strategic and results oriented.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of sales experience with SaaS products within at least one of the verticals we currently support. As this is a remote position, you should be self-motivated and self-sufficient, even though you will be communicating regularly with management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build strong working relationships are the traits being sought.

Compensation is structured with a competitive salary plus commission. Growth opportunity can be built into the position, if it is the candidates desire, with requirements of hiring, training, and managing the expansion of your team after reaching a predefined sales success rate.

Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Combining equal parts of science, creativity, strategy, and execution, the marketing associate position is both challenging and rewarding. The output will primarily be digital communication and materials, but there may be a need for some print collateral. Being strongly aligned with the general business plan and the feedback provided by the sales team, content and communications will be strategic and results-driven.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of digital marketing experience with SaaS products within at least one of the currently supported verticals. As this is a remote position, you should be self-motivated and self-sufficient, even though you will be communicating regularly with management. The candidate should be equipped with the necessary hardware and software to fulfill the required tasks. Access to any paid, subscription-based tools will be provided when necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are fundamental to a successful marketing professional.

In addition to demonstrating a strong interest in current digital marketing trends; an understanding of proven approaches & solutions; and insights about where the industry as a whole appears to be heading, displaying an ability to partake in the following high level responsibilities would be required:

  • Marketing research for development purposes
  • Development of multimedia marketing material
  • Channel strategy development
  • Online advertising campaign management
  • Automated email campaign management
  • Social media management
